I began my new lifestyle in January 2014. I lost 8 stone in roughly 18 months because something inside me clicked.
I set myself a target and with determination and dedication took on the greatest challenge yet.
It’s about setting daily goals and appreciating the ones that are met.
The outlook is crucial: I had to show up, be consistent, focused and motivated.
It’s a lifestyle choice and I will assist you every step of the way.

When I joined the fitness world I was blown away by the massive support that’s out there.
From being a student starting out in the industry to working with my first client I understand that everyone is in the same boat and just starting to make new choices is one of the most important but also one of the hardest steps.
It’s always going to be difficult to stay motivated and focused but that’s where I come in to keep you on track.
My mission is to create an environment based on encouragement and enjoyment.
I did overcome a lot of challenges during my training at college and had to ask for help, ask a lot of questions and conquer a lot of fears but as I said before there are a lot of lovely people out there.
I persevered and graduated and not only that but I was awarded students choice of the year which encouraged me even further. I believe you can do it too and we haven’t even started yet.
